These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Minispace (minispace.ai), operated by Mirra Labs, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using Minispace, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

Minispace is an AI-powered website builder. You provide information about your brand, and our AI generates a website for you. You can edit your website, publish it on a free Minispace subdomain, and optionally purchase a custom domain.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Minispace. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide to Minispace — your brand information, images, logos, text, and other materials. By using the service, you grant us a license to use this content solely to provide the service to you (generating, hosting, and displaying your website).

You are responsible for the content you provide. Do not upload content that you do not have the right to use, or content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

AI-Generated Content

Minispace uses AI to generate website layouts, copy, and design elements based on the brand information you provide. While we strive for quality output, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or not fully aligned with your expectations. You are responsible for reviewing and editing your website before publishing.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is free of errors, original in all respects, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Custom Domains & Payments

Your website is published for free on a Minispace subdomain (yoursite.minispace.ai). Custom domain setup is available as a one-time purchase — there are no recurring subscription fees.

Payments are processed by Stripe. All purchases are final. We may offer refunds at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Minispace to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Publish content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, or promotes violence or discrimination
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware, spam, or phishing content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it

Our Platform

The Minispace platform — including the website builder, AI systems, design, code, and all related technology — is owned by Mirra Labs, LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that harms other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

Upon termination, your websites will no longer be accessible and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Minispace is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated websites will meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mirra Labs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
